Truffle Scrambled Eggs

 

Ingredients (2 servings)

4 eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp truffle oil or a few truffle shavings
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
Add eggs and stir slowly until creamy.
Just before serving, mix in truffle oil or top with truffle shavings.
Serve on toasted bread.
