Truffle Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients (4 servings)
1 kg potatoes
50 g butter
100 ml warm milk or cream
1–2 tbsp truffle oil or truffle butter
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
Add butter and warm milk, mix until smooth.
Stir in truffle oil or truffle butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
